Postponed due to the floods, Bei Otto’s annual German Oktoberfest has now become a January Beerfest, one featuring all the popular ingredients: barrels of imported Bavarian “Hofbräu” beer, a special Bavarian menu and live music. Using beer benches and chains of lights, Otto will give the cosy outdoor courtyard of his restaurant a jovial beer tent atmosphere. Watch out for the games – you might find yourself on stage for the wood-sawing or competing in the beer drinking contest. Prost!
