From January 13th to 18th, Italian Chef Andrea Asoli will take over the kitchen of Banyan Tree Phuket’s Tré restaurant. The award-winning chef from the Michelin-starred Ristorante Venissa in Venice will serve diners a specially curated 5-course tasting menu, and has also created a delectable a la carte menu, consisting of a small selection of the choicest appetizers, mains, and desserts. The set menus are priced at B4,500++ per guest, and for an additional B3,500++ the courses will be accompanied with selected fine wines. In addition, a one-time exclusive culinary demonstration with 3-course wine pairing lunch menu will be held on January 13th, for the price of B3,000++ per person.
