Spanish fine dining lovers get ready for a treat, as UNO MAS restaurant is proud to host and welcomes a special guest Chef Fernando P. Arellano, owner of the 2-Michelin star restaurant, Zaranda in Marllorca, Spain.
As one of the most respected Spanish chef in the industry today, Chef Fernando brings along his wealth of experience and skills, with previous experience working at other well-known kitchens in Europe, including Patrick Guilbaud (Dublin), Le Gavroche (London), Don Alfonso 1890 (Naples) and Can Fabes (Barcelona).
In 2005, the globe-trotting chef opened his first restaurant, Zaranda, in Madrid, that earned 1 Michelin star a year after. Five years later, Chef Fernando relocated to Mallorca where his restaurant with the same name remaining with the standard and quality and earn his second star from Michelin’s recognition.
With his dedication to using only the premium ingredients together with lashings of creative Spanish flair, Chef Fernando’s eye-catching menu for the night has already been released for his Bangkok edition, such as
Majorlica Oyster (Caviar, horseradish and pickled pearls)
Wagyu Beef Parcels ( paired with caramelized onion custard and truffle)
All I Pebre (paprika, spiced octopus, potato velouté),

Ibérico Steak ( honey aubergines, Four Seasons of a Mallorcan almond)
