Japanese Film Festival Kicks off at House Samyan

written by Bangkok101 November 10, 2020

The Japanese Film Festival kicks off at House Samyan on Nov. 13 and will feature 15 recent films that are certain to appeal to fans of both cinema and Japanese culture. The festival continues at House Samyan through Nov. 22, while an online platform will screen a different set of films from Nov. 20-29. This means that audiences can also choose to watch festival movies from the comfort of their own “house.”

The Japanese Film Festival “House Edition” is a collaboration between The Japan Foundation, Bangkok and House Samyan.

More information, including screening times and movie synopses, can be found on the festival’s Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/events/394418881715155/

Cinema ticket price: 160 general audience | 140 House member | 120 student

Tickets can be booked at the House Samyan ticket counter or via House Samyan’s website here: https://www.housesamyan.com/site
