For the first time ever in the Thai capital, a dream-like chocolate factory will enhance a fun-filled brunch experience for a special weekend to celebrate World Chocolate Day
This year, the World Chocolate Day will be on Sunday, 7 July, and The Peninsula Bangkok’s chocolatiers and pastry team will tastefully celebrate this special day by introducing a collection of The Peninsula signature chocolate delights made with a customised 66% dark chocolate by Valrhona. Exclusively available only on Saturday, 6 July, and Sunday, 7 July, a brunch experience at the hotel’s lobby will include a journey to explore an imaginative chocolate factory with an irresistible array of chocolate items and the chocolatier and chefs’ live demonstrations. Chocolate tasting ranges from chocolate truffle with various flavours to superfood chocolate, lollipops, flourless chocolate cake, chocolate madeleines and not-to-be-missed hot chocolate drinks.
Peninsula chocolate factory will be a combined experience with a special weekend brunch, only available for a limited time of two days – Saturday, 6 July, and Sunday, 7 July 2019, from 12pm-3pm – at The Lobby to celebrate World Chocolate Day and the launch of the hotel’s signature chocolate collection. The limited-time offer of weekend brunch will feature an appetiser and seafood on ice including fresh oysters, Alaskan king crabs and lobsters in buffet style, while egg specialities will be served to the table and main course can be chosen from the menu.
A limited-time Brunch experience, including an exclusive visit to the chocolate factory and chocolate tasting, is priced at B2,490++ per person and B3,990++ including free-flow sparkling wine, wines and local beer.
