From mid-March, an 11-day Mediterranean buffet will unveil some of Chef Yiannis Tsivourakis’ finest culinary skills as he presents simple yet delicately cooked Greek cuisine.
Paying homage to a country renowned for a cuisine combining Mediterranean cooking techniques with fresh ingredients like vegetables, grains, olive oil, fish, wine, and meat, there’s definitely a few dishes to keep an eye out for. Menu highlights include lamb with lettuce in avgolemono sauce, zucchini croquettes with feta cheese, lamb rack with herbs grouper and oven-baked pork ladorigani.
Alongside the buffet, diners can expect authentic light salads, appetizers, fresh seafood, vegetarian dishes and meat-based main course.
The lunch package begins at B850 per person while dinner is B1,690 and also includes a beverage package. As the taps run dry this weekend and next, Centara Grand will have a special weekend package with both lunch and dinner at B850 per person and Sunday brunch from B950.
