Khao Chae, a traditional dish with a regal history, is the perfect way to beat the heat of the hot summer season. Eaten only during the summer months, the dish is comprised of rice steeped in iced jasmine-scented water, accompanied by a selection of side dishes, including shredded sweet pork, shredded sweet beef, fried fish with shrimp paste balls, and sweet peppers stuffed with pork and encased in an egg wrap. This seasonal Khao Chae menu is priced at B525++, and available daily until April 30th, from noon to 10:30pm.
