Pop-Up Trento DOC is pleased to announce the launch of a new and unique ‘Ferrari Trento Bubbles Experience’. The campaign is in partnership with La Bottega di Luca where a Ferrari pop up bar and a special menu of delicacies, all carefully paired with Ferrari Trento bubbly beverages, offers diners an unforgettable wine-and-dine experience.
The meal begins with appetizers of Piedmont fondue, white asparagus, black truffle, and “Arnad Lard” (B790), or chilled green beans cream, roasted octopus, stracciatella cheese, and cherry tomatoes confit (B650). These are paired with a Maximum Brut (B1,700 per bottle, B340 per glass). To pair with the astonishing first courses—a risotto with 36 month aged parmesan cheese, scampi, green apple, lime and thyme foam (B790), or a stewed veal homemade filled ravioli with black truffle, served in sauce (B590)—the Maxumun Brut Rose (B1,950 per bottle and B380 per glass) is the perfect accompaniment.
The second courses of slow cooked Australian Wagyu beef cheek, potato and Italian bacon mille-feuille, wild mushrooms infuse (B890), and the seared Hamachi fish, caciucco sauce, lyophilized black olives and broccoli (B1,190), are recommended to pair with the Sagrantino Carapace (B1,850 per bottle, B370 per glass) and the Pietragrande Chardonnay-Sauvignon (B1,850 per bottle and B370 per glass) respectively. Finally, save space for the dessert of Sbrisolona crunchy tart, demi-sec Ferrari mousse, with strawberries and mint (B320) paired with a Maximum Demi-Sec (B1,950)
