Ken Hom, Serindia Gallery and The Siam invite you to join us for an exclusive truffle and wine dinner to celebrate the release of Ken Hom’s new book, Truffles: Ken Hom, Pierre-Jean Pebeyre.
Drawing on a genuine lasting friendship between Ken Hom and Pierre-Jean Pebeyre, a meeting of East and West, this essential modern kitchen book unveils and revels in the mystery of the world’s most sought-after scented ingredient: the black truffle of France. Recipes within range from the simple to the elaborate, although nothing complicated, with all featuring truffles as the star.
Ken Hom and The Siam’s Chef Jane-Therese Mulry, will present a 5 course truffle tasting menu featuring favorite recipes from Ken’s book prepared with Pebeyre truffles hand carried from France by Ken.
A special dinner will be offered on Thursday, December 18 at 7pm for B5500 per person.
Every member of the table will received a signed edition of his book.
