Chef Nic Vanderbeekenn from Apéritif and Chef Deepanker Khosla of Haoma Bangkok will collaborate once again for a night of borderless flavours expressed in a unique degustation menu.
On 21 June 2019, Chef Deepanker Khosla of Haoma Bangkok welcomes Chef Nic Vanderbeekenn from Apéritif restaurant and together they will host a 4-hands dinner from 6pm to 11pm consisting of 10 courses tasting menu.
The cuisine is called Eclectic European X Neo Indian and only offers 2 Seating times available at 6pm and 8:30Pm, 25 seats per sitting. The chefs will make use of local produce, serving both meat and vegetarian options for B2,990 ++ per person.
One of the things that makes Haoma special and different from many restaurants in Bangkok is the natural and eco-friendly initiative, keeping inline with sustainability and steps to eliminating single use plastic. The food here also deeply connects with the earth and nature packed into a modern dining experience. This first-of-its-kind Urban Farm, casual fine dining restaurant in Bangkok also applies traditional (compost soil), aquaponics and hydroponics gardening methods in their backyard.
Moreover, Chef Deepanker Khosla, Sous Chef Tarun Bhatia (San Pellegrino Young Chef 2017 Winner) and kitchen team utilise every plant, herb and vegetable in their garden onto their menu plates. Adapting everything from the root to tip to extracting juice from potato skins, they are able to create decently meaty-tasting jus in their dishes.
