Fabrizio Fiorani collaborates with Michelin Starred Chef Umberto Bombana for three nights only at 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA and CIAK – In The Kitchen to create unique desserts
As part of the Fine Dining Lovers Guest Chef Series by San Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, Recently awarded Asia’s 50 Best Pastry Chef 2019 Fabrizio Fiorani is partnering with Lai Sun Dining –leading hospitality group of Hong Kong’s contemporary restaurants– in the three-night gourmet event on 4-6 July to bring sweet creations originating from Italian cuisine and showcasing his masterful skill acquired through overseas experience and a fusion of cultures.
At CIAK – In The Kitchen, a unique Sweet Dinner menu inspired by both Japanese and Italian cuisine is available for one night only on 5 July, featuring courses such as signature Tiramisu Glasses and a cream based dish ‘Zucchero’ with its own QR code. Premium French chocolate Valrhona and velvety Acqua Panna Natural Still Mineral Water will be featured in Fiorani’s innovative menu. Chef Fiorani will also present desserts at CIAK – In The Kitchen’s Brunch on 6 and 7 July. For the whole month of July Chef Fiorani’s creations will also be available to diners on the A La Carte menu and at the Pastry Counter.
Finally, at 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA, on 4 and 6 July from 7pm onwards, Chef Umberto Bombana will welcome Fabrizio to unveil two exclusive dessert creations that the Italian duo will jointly develop and learn from one another’s expertise.
This event is supported by Acqua Panna, Lai Sun Dining and Valrhona.
Sweet Dinner on 5 July at 7pm, CIAK – In The Kitchen is priced at HK$580, subject to 10% service charge.
