Fans of Indian cuisine will be glad to hear that Avani Riverside Bangkok Hotel’s beautiful Skyline restaurant has recently introduced a new Saturday evening buffet—satiating all cravings for curry and naan, while offering great views of the city and the Chao Phraya river below.
Hailing from Northern India, Chef Karan Rawat has created a contemporary Indian menu, full of authentic flavours, and with a focus on healthy, fresh ingredients. The colourful array of dishes available on Saturday nights ranges from salads, soups, and vegetarian options such as akhroti pumpkin kebab and dal makhani, to traditional curries including Kashmiri lamb rogan and chicken tikka masala, as well as desserts. In addition, there’ll be two live street stall stations—which will change weekly—bringing the diverse flavours of different areas of India to Bangkok.
The buffet is available from 6pm to 10:30pm, and is priced B1,200++ per person. For more information, or to reserve a table call 02 431 9100 ext. 1416, or visit www.avanihotels.com
