Ryan Clift from the Tippling Club, one of Singapore’s top drinking and dining destinations, will make a special guest appearance in Bangkok on Friday the 25th and Saturday the 26th of November, 2016. The event will be held at Vertigo, Banyan Tree Bangkok’s al-fresco roof top restaurant, as part of S. Pellegrino’s Fine Dining Lovers Guest Chef series (which brings renowned chefs from around the world to Thailand).
Both evenings, Chef Clift will present diners with a 6-course menu created from a selection of his most popular signature dishes, including Razor clams, Tom Yum Mousse, Crab with Nashi, and Toriyama Wagyu. The dinner will be paired with wines from Italy, Australia, and France, as well as San Pellegrino sparkling water, and Acqua Panna still natural mineral water. In addition, Tippling Club’s renowned cocktails will also be showcased at these culinary events. About Chef Ryan Clift and Tippling Club
Ryan Clift’s culinary career began at the early age of 14 at a Michelin star restaurant in England. After graduating from culinary school, he moved to London, where he started working in the restaurant at London’s Claridge’s Hotel. Throughout his 20-year career, Chef Clift has worked with some of the world’s most admired chefs, including Marco-Pierre White, Peter Gordon, Emmanuel Renaut, Shannon Bennett, and Raymond Capaldi, followed by a stint in Australia where he excelled as head chef of Vue de Monde. In early 2008 he moved to Singapore to start his own venture, and launched Tippling Club—which quickly gained a reputation as one of Singapore’s top restaurants.
