Attasit Pokpong’s seductive signature style takes over Adler Subhashok Gallery. His bright-lipped polished portraits of Asian women have parallels to those of successful Chinese painters of a similar ilk, but the proximity and luminescence of his subjects has lent his canvases a certain distinction. These latest porcelain-faced portraits were executed during a three-month Parisian residency.
