River Café & Terrace at The Peninsula Bangkok goes south of the border this September, serving up the flavours of Mexico. Visiting Mexican Chef Carmela de Ponte will showcase her Mexican creations from September 4 to 11, including dishes such as pechuga de pollo con mole poblano (chicken breast in traditional mole sauce) and tostaditas de cochinta pibil (hand-made corn tostadas filled with slow-roasted pork).
