This Saturday, February 10th 2018, Prelude Restaurant & Bar will be hosting a Blind Date with Food & Wine cooking and wine pairing workshop from 2–6pm, followed by the RSVP Valentine’s Rosé Dinner.
The young and passionate chefs at the local produce-driven Prelude Restaurant & Bar will be teaching diners how to craft a three-course meal (six dishes) for Valentine’s Day and Fin Wine (Fabulous Is Needed Co., Ltd) will be teaching them how to find the perfect pair, not only for the food but also a with a wine style preferred by their loved ones. Whether it be sparkling, white, rosé, or red, we have it all covered for every course, as we will be going through 14 wines!
At the end of the workshop, the guests will also have the chance to place an order for their favourite three-course menu and the restaurant will prepare enough ingredients for two (at a special price) for them to pick up and recreate the same dishes at home on Valentine’s Day . Priced at B2,500 net which includes the cooking and tasting of six dishes, wine tasting and pairing of 14 wines from Fin, and recipe and tasting notes kit. Or if cooking is not your forte, the RSVP Valentine’s Rosé wine dinner will feature a four-course dinner influenced by songs such as: Breakfast Can Wait, Kiss From A Rose, Roast Beef Love & Strawberry Letter paired with rosés from Fin Wine.
