Starting this Sunday, January 18, La VIE, the flagship French restaurant at VIE Hotel, is offering unlimited orders from its special Sunday brunch menu for B1200++ per person, or B2500++ with free-flow champagne.
From noon until 3pm, you can order plate after plate of French smoked ducked with mango, New Zealand lamb chops with rosemary and a vegetable ragout, and mushroom panzerotti with truffle cream – the latter being particularly delicious. Each dish is prepared fresh in the kitchen and served to your table.
The menu features a wide and varied selection of starters, soups, and egg dishes. Try eggs benedict with sautéed spinach, English bacon, or salmon cream and caviar. Then, move on to scrambled eggs with prosciutto di Parma, pan-fried foie gras with a glazed peach and raspberry coulis, or a mushroom cappuccino soup that’s served with minimalist flair in a small, white coffee cup. Desserts include the restaurant’s signature crème brûlée and a decadent chocolate fondant.
