On Wednesday, May 31st, at 6pm, Uno Mas restaurant, at the Centara Grand at CentralWorld presents guest chef Jean-Philippe Patruno, the Master of Iberico pork. Chef Philippe runs the Singapore restaurant Dehesa, which in Spanish means “grasslands”, and the home of the Iberico pig. His expertise is with Iberico pork, considered to be the best in the world, and Philippe’s sumptuous menu is for serious and curious foodies, as well as those seeking something different from the mainstream. Highlight include: pig trotters croquettes with smoked eels mayonnaise; crispy pig head with egg yolk and Madeira reduction; and pulled pork marmalade on toast with caviar. Prices on this à la carte menu range from B95++ to B555++.
