Presenting an exclusive six-course northern delights dinner for two nights only
The Spice Market Thai restaurant at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel presents two nights of Lanna cuisine on 25-26 February 2020.
Executive Chef Pisit “Jino” Jinopong of Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp & Resort with over 25 years’ experience in top establishments across the globe is bringing his culinary skills and creativity to the capital.
Some of the outstanding highlights include Saa—northern blended spices and rice whiskey marinated thinly sliced local dry-aged tenderloin, Gang Om Nuea—aromatic dry-aged tenderloin marinated in blended spices and rice whiskey and spiced ruby fish cooked in turmeric and Kluey Thord Kled Khao Mao—crispy banana in rice grain crust with sweet tamarind and young coconut ice cream for dessert.
The dinner is priced at B1,800++ per person and B1,200++ per person for wine pairing. The dinner is available from 6pm to 10:30pm.
