Since its opening in September 2016, Ciao Pizza has gained the trusted reputation of being one of the best pizzerias in Bangkok serving Roman-style pizzas. Chef Gerardo Calabrese and team would like to take this opportunity to thank you everyone who has been supporting Ciao Pizza in the past year.
Known for its famous thin-crust pizza dough that Chef Gerardo has spent over 20 years developing his unique recipe for, all pizzas will be available at B100 each for diners who dine-in on September 16th and 17th only.
Using twice-risen pizza dough, the pizzas are cooked to perfection in a hybrid wood-fire oven that sits right by the front window. The compact menu offers 15 custom pies, including the chef’s special Croccante Burrata Crudo E Rucola, which comes piled high with Burrata cheese, rocket salad, Parma ham and generous shavings of Parmesan.
The complete a-la-carte and daily specials menus will be available, including a number of newly-launched special dishes not to be missed. Specials include: homemade tagliatelle in whipped butter truffle sauce, fresh mussels served with white wine sauce/spicy tomato sauce and indulgent deep fried nutella calzone served with homemade vanilla ice-cream.
