Chef David Tamburini and his team have created a contemporary tasting menu, redefining regional tastes by celebrating both the past and the modern day delights of Italian dining. The tasting menu offers a selection of appetizers, pasta, mains and desserts. Highlights include Fiori Di Rapa (white and red radish “flowers”, colonnata lard, broad beans, and pecorino romano), and Maiale Amaro E Piccante (roasted organic pork tenderloin, white endive, and spicy horseradish). These menus are priced at B3,400++ per person, and served for lunch—from noon to 3pm—and dinner—from 6:30pm till 11:30pm.
