Truffle season has fast approached and Pizza Massilia welcomed it with a curated menu, featuring the Alba white truffle and Umbria black truffle. Just like gems, truffles are rare and precious. The white truffles are even rarer as they are available only for a couple of months per year, from a specific countryside area of Italy, called Alba, located in the province of Cuneo in Piedmont region.

It is the Chefs` philosophy to work with seasonal products. The menu has been launched on October 19th and will be offered according to the seasonality of the ingredient.
Guests will even have the opportunity to complete this culinary journey by selecting their favourite truffle region for each dish available.
