In celebration of International Migrants Day on December 18th, the International Organization for Migration (IOM), the UN Migration Agency, organises the first Global Migration Film Festival in Bangkok.
From December 14th to December 18th, six award-winning films will be screened at the Bangkok Screening Room, all of which capture the beauty and challenges of migration, bringing these realities to audiences around the world. Admission is free, but be quick to book your ticket as seats are limited.
The festival is co-sponsored by the Embassy of the Philippines, and part of the United Nations’ “Together” global campaign to promote diversity and inclusion, and paying tribute to the unique contributions of migrants to societies.
