For the first time, Oskar Bistro (24, Sukhumvit Soi 11) will be joining Goût de France’s annual celebration of French gastronomy with a special culinary dinner on Tuesday, March 21st. Goût de France is a global event for chefs around the world to show appreciation for French cuisine, and this year, Oskar Bistro will take part in passing on the essence of French authentic cuisine in Thailand. For this occasion, Chef Julien Lavigne will prepare a specially crafted 5-course dinner, which will be available from 4pm to 11:30pm for one night only. The dishes include lentil cream with truffle, braised beef spare ribs, farmhouse camembert, as well as Brittany style scallop au gratin. The dinner is priced at B1,690++ per guest, and B2,790++ with wine pairing.
