Chef Nooror Somany Steppe uses fresh and organic ingredients to conjure up a delicious series of innovative dishes including Southern sea bass salad, egg custard with salmon, grilled wagyu beef with long-bean salad, and spicy prawns topped
with almonds and homemade chili paste. The menu is available at B1980++ throughout October. Part of the proceeds will be donated to the Queen Sirikit Center for Breast Cancer.
