Bobby Chinn, one of Asia’s foremost culinary celebrities, will host a one-day only cooking demonstration followed by a wine dinner at the exclusive Trisara Phuket on Monday, August 18.
Born in New Zealand to a Chinese father and an Egyptian mother, Chinn has experienced a remarkable life journey – from shoe-shine boy in San Francisco and Wall Street trader in New York to internationally renowned celebrity chef.
Cost for participation in the cooking demonstration is B2500++ or B2943 nett per person. In the evening, guests will have the rare opportunity to join an exclusive, multi-course dinner showcasing Chinn’s famous signature dishes, which include Seafood Ceviche (with mangosteen coconut jus and white truffle oil), Duck Pho Cuon (confit of duck with perilla leaves and sliced grapes), and Lemongrass Chicken in Caramel Sauce.
