Conrad Bangkok today announced its ‘A Journey Through Sichuan’ promotion presented by visiting guest chef Xie Zheng Jie. Available from November 4 – 15, guests at Conrad Bangkok, located at All Seasons Place, will enjoy exquisite Sichuan specialties at Liu. Sichuan food aficionados can enjoy the Sichuan menu which will run for 3 months after the event as well.
With over 35 years of unique culinary experience, the Head Chef of the award-winning Sichuan Court at Hilton Shanghai, Chef Xie will showcase his creations that truly capture the essence of Sichuan cuisine which he infuses into his signature delectable Sichuan dishes such as Marinated Chicken Salad with Spicy Peanut Sauce, Smoked Duck with Chinese Tea and Herbs, “Ma Po” Bean Curd to tantalize Sichuan food aficionados.
Event highlights include the opening ceremony taking place on November 4 from 7 p.m. onwards, where guests will be served with a special dinner set prepared exclusively by Chef Xie. On subsequent days, an all-you-can-eat Dim Sum set lunch menu on weekdays are available at B 870 net per person and weekends at B 900 net per person.
A dinner set menu is exclusively offered at B 1500 net per person. Guests can also enjoy Chef Xie’s signature a la carte dishes. On November 8, indulge in a Single Malt Whisky Dinner, a 6-course Chinese set menu at B 4888++ paired with Singleton and Glenmorangie Malt Whisky Collections and a take away bottle of Singleton Glen Ord (15 years) and Glenmorangie “La Santa” Malt Whisky.
