Indulge in the dining journey at Thailand’s highest restaurant and bar
Mahanakhon Bangkok SkyBar, located on the 76th and 77th floors of King Power Mahanakhon, now opens for lunch with a range of new and delicious signature dishes created by the Executive Chef Joshua Cameron.
The modern brasserie now offers a two-course culinary experience amidst the stunning view starting from B850 net per set.
Diners can choose between one starter and one main or one main and one dessert, while one can add the third course to the sumptuous lunch for only B350 net for an absolutely fulfilling journey.
Starters include dishes like Cured Norwegian Salmon, Grilled Naan Province Pork Jowl and a vegetarian option of Grain Salad. While new signature mains by Chef Joshua include Grilled Pork Loin, Seared Andaman Seabass and a vegetarian choice of Parisian Gnocchi. Dessert choices are tarts of the day so options may vary.
The set lunch is inclusive of a choice of tea or coffee.
Mahanakhon Bangkok SkyBar also unveiled the “Fall/Winter Collection 2019” — a new signature drink collection of ten unique creations by Bennie and Dannie Sorum. The collection drew inspiration from local ingredients including sundried banana, dried hopped passionfruit tonics, sparkling coffee and chocolate black pepper wine.
