Chacuterie and butchery specialist Marc-Frederic Berry will be visiting the Studio at Central Embassy at the end of September to present an advanced Chacuterie class and dinner.
Originally from the UK, Berry learnt the sausage trade in Germany and studied charcuterie in France, where he has his own food business. Nicknamed the ‘Sausage Doctor’, he has travelled the world ‘fixing’ people’s sausage problems, and his knowledge has led many of his clients to win national food awards.
Berry has also judged at numerous food competitions, including The Great Taste Awards and the annual Soil Association Organic Food Awards. He regularly works with well-known culinary figures such as Jamie Oliver, Rick Stein, Clarissa Dickson-Wright, Valentine Warner, the Hairy Bikers, and Michael Caine.
