Bringing out new specials for all diners this season
Mia Modern European Cuisine Bangkok presents new a la carte menus and special festive set menus this season for guests to indulge during Christmas and New Year.
On offer is the temporary festive menu includes dishes like lobster roll served in housemade and fresh-made brioche bun topped with caviar and pickles (B390++) and pan-seared foie gras with spiced apple purée, gingerbread crumple and port reduction (B690++).
Not to be missed include pan-seared venison filet served with pumpkin, braised red cabbage and black currant (B1,200++) and butternut risotto with candied pumpkin seeds, cheddar and black truffle (B560++).
While must-have desserts include baked black forest Alaska with cranberry sauce topped with chopped pistachios (B560++) and the traditional Bûche de Noël tiramisu (B520++).
The special Christmas Eve and Christmas Day menus include dishes like pan-seared scallops with winter roots puree, black pudding, crispy potatoes and black truffle (B820++); roasted turkey with parsnip puree, chestnuts, cranberry gel and pancetta (B890++) and more. The Christmas set menu is priced at B2,250++ per person (minimum two persons).
The a la carte specials are available throughout the month of December except on 24, 25 and 31 December while the special set menus are available only on Christmas Eve, 24 December, from 6pm until late and on Christmas Day, 25 December, from 12-6pm only.
