For four days only, The Sukothai Bangkok decorates its kitchen with Michelin stars.
Chef Jacob Jan Boerma visits from his De Leest in the Netherlands, a fine dining restaurant that was bestowed with three Michelin stars in 2014. He’s joined by Guillermo Gonzalez, a rising star in mixology who plies his trade at Hiding in Plain Sight, an award-winning cocktail bar in Amsterdam.
The chef will prepare set lunches at La Scala from July 23-25 using the avant-garde technique that has earned him various accolades. Meals are priced at B4000++ for food only, and B6000++ for food paired with wine. On Sunday, July 26, the chef will take over the Sunday brunch at Colonnade from noon until 3pm. Seats at the brunch cost B4000++ for food only.
