Take the Sunday brunch experience to the next level
The District Grill Room & Bar at Bangkok Marriott Hotel Sukhumvit has added a new premium menu for Sunday brunch.
Executive Chef Gyula Harangi and The District’s Chef de Cuisine Christian Caluwaert proudly present new a-la-carte selections from Sunday brunch. Highlights include grilled river prawn, wild Hokkaido scallop, foie gras on brioche toast, Australian lamb chops, Australian Stockyard Wagyu striploin and grilled fish of the day in chimichurri sauce. Guests can choose preferred dishes from the menu prepared fresh from the kitchen by the chefs.
What’s more, another highlight from the live station is lobster, with guaranteed freshness and taste of quality. There is also an array of mouthwatering appetisers, salads, premium cold cuts, carving stations, salmon, tuna tartar, smoked, cured and marinated variety of Norwegian salmon as well as various kinds of cheese. The offerings do not end here; discover special delicacies from sumptuous seafood on ice, which are the three types of oysters and Alaskan king crab legs.
Lastly, the buffet line of pastries and desserts offers new Cream Catalan espuma which is Banana ice cream with dark rum infused pineapple to complete the Sunday brunch experience.
The Sunday brunch is priced at B2,800 net per person. An unlimited beverage package including Prosecco, selection of wines and beer, choice of spirits and signature cocktails is at B3,700 net per person. Guests can also enjoy a premium Champagne package for an additional B2,100 net per person.
