On July 8, KU DÉ TA and S. Pellegrino present acclaimed Chef Hideaki Sato, who arrives via Hong Kong to serve an exclusive six-course dinner with wine and sake.
Chef Sato recently left the helm at Tenku Ryugin, ranked no. 24 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2015, to open the Ryugin group’s latest venture, Ta Vie. This brand-new restaurant already has tongues wagging with a cutting-edge French menu elevated by the chef’s impeccable Japanese style.
