Quince – Eatery & Bar is delighted to welcome Chef Pierre Bouko-Levy from Miznon from June 9 to 13, 2016. During the five-day culinary pop-up, Chef Pierre will will introduce his restaurant’s contemporary Israeli cuisine based on French classic and modern techniques to Bangkok diners and feature a lunch and dinner a la carte menu with four-to-six courses. Additionally, he will also add special items to the usual festive weekend brunches.
The famed Israeli street eatery Miznon from the hip Marais in Paris is known for its top-notch ingredients, and a casual rustic presentation style. The courses will probably feature usual favourites including hand-made pitta bread stuffed with slow-cooked lamb, roast chicken, vegetarian ratatouille or choux farci. But nothing is certain yet, as the chef won’t commit to any definitive dishes until he has seen the available produce live to decide. What’s for sure though is that the surprise will be delicious.
