Praya Kitchen Reopens Popular Lunch and Dinner Buffet, Launches ‘Crab Feast Weekend’

Praya Kitchen, the authentic Thai restaurant at Bangkok Marriott Hotel The Surawongse, has reopened its popular lunch and dinner buffet with a very special offer every Saturday and Sunday: Crab Feast Weekend. Praya Kitchen offers diners authentic Thai flavors, featuring a variety of local favorite dishes, as well as retro menu items that bring back forgotten recipes and recreates them with a modern touch.

Enjoy a vast selection of delicious items, including regional cuisines such as Spicy Pork and Tomato Dip, Herbed Soya Beans with Minced Shrimp and Pork, Crab Curry with Wildbetal Leaves, Spicy Pork Bone Soup, Pork Belly Curry with Sour Chamuang Leaves and Thai Boat Noodles. Also featured is a Japanese corner with sushi and sashimi, and a Yaowarat section with Dim Sum, along with other international comforts such as soups, pastas and BBQ.

Highlights of the dinner buffet include the iconic Seafood Wall with fresh seafood including tiger prawns, rock lobsters, oysters, clams, mussels, spotted Babylon, and Butchery Selections with Australian dried-age beef steak, sirloin steak, flank steak, rib-eye and top side.

At the special Crab Feast Weekend, guests can enjoy a vast selection of fresh crabs cooked to order, including mud crabs, blue crabs, spanner crabs, three-spot swimming crabs and soft shell crabs. All accompanied by a live band!

Praya Kitchen is committed to using only seasonal and locally sourced ingredients and products.
