A new Mediterranean by Nature concept
Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok has a new look for its casual dining scene. The setting of ALATi restaurant is informal yet modish with an open kitchen and a relaxed atmosphere. Designed to capture travel memories to the countries by Mediterranean Sea, the menu mirrors diverse Mediterranean regional food cultures and traditions. It features classic and all-time favourite Mezze or small platters such as hummus, moutabel, muhammara, labneh and tabouleh. Soups, pastas and mains are infused with Mediterranean characters and spices. Not to mention the sweets which bind Western with Middle Eastern charm.
Executive Chef Carlo Valenziano cooks new dishes by combining different ingredients and flavours from Mediterranean countries. International breakfast buffet is served along with lunch and dinner family-friendly a la carte menus. Lunch set in two (B690++) and three (B890++) courses are also available. For beverages, the drink list is mainly about certified organic Natural and Biodynamic wines. There is Chai and Kahwa section for drinking tea and coffee together which represents the Middle Eastern social context.
