The new 3-course lunch menu begins with starter selections, including New England Clam Chowder, the popular Boston dish consisting of clams and New Zealand mussels cooked with butter, potatoes and bacon into a creamy soup, served with crispy garlic bread. Salad options include Spicy Grilled Beef Salad featuring medium-rare grilled Wagyu with a side of Thai-style salad finished with crispy fried shallots and young coriander, or a Grains Salad dressed in kale pesto and Greek yoghurt. The main course selection includes Confit Duck Leg, a baked confit duck in a coal-fired oven for a crispy texture, served with mashed potatoes, baked Comte cheese and peppercorn chicken jus. Another option, Seared Red Snapper features grilled Red Snapper from the Andaman Sea baked in a charcoal grill, served with Vizcaina sauce, kale chimichurri and steamed rice. Or there is Beef Cheek Pappardelle, slow-cooked beef cheek flavoured by red wine and herbs, served with broad pappardelle pasta topped with fresh basil, sage and parmesan shavings. To complete the meal, choose from classic French desserts, such as Apple Tatin, slow-cooked apples in butter caramel; or Chocolate Tart, made with a single-origin Madagascar chocolate, whisky and salted caramel.
