For this limited time, Chef Boontham from Kisara, The Conrad Bangkok hotel’s Japanese restaurant, will present a very special course menu using the number one premium organic unagi brand in Japan, Yamada Suisan, and serve flavourful Unagi kaba-yaki,
Unagi shira-yaki, and Unagi hitsumabushi. The restaurant also offers sake pairings with selected bottles from Yatsushika Brewery Co. Ltd.
