The Capital by Water Library cordially invites foodies on a special journey to Japan pairing special dishes created by chef de cuisine Sebastian Schaefer with a selection of the finest Sake.
Experience the 4 course dinner including dishes such as Hokkaido scallop with wild spinach, miso cream and yuzu, Japanese beef with seaweed with radish and black garlic paired with Japan’s leading selections of sake. Join them at The Capital by Water Library, 3rd fl. Empire Tower Sathorn, on Thursday, August 27 from 6pm onwards at B1900 net per person (price includes food, sake pairing, mineral water, coffee/tea)
