An array of Arabic delicacies is available to complement the international buffet for lunch and dinner at The Dining Room from 6 – 15 May.
Special items will include Hummus (blended chickpeas, tahini, and lemon), Mutabal (blended roasted eggplant, lemon, and garlic), Fattoush (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, red onion, olive oil, and lime), Taboule (chopped parsley, bulgur, lime, and tomato), Ful medames (white bean, tomato, cumin, and coriander), Shawarma (grilled lamb, garlic sauce, tomato, cucumber, and pita), Shish tawook (chicken skewer, yoghurt, and pita), Mansaf karuf (slow-cooked lamb in yoghurt sauce, almond, and peanut), Kofta (minced lamb skewer), Falafel (deep-fried chickpea balls and coriander), Grilled halloumi (grilled cheese), Shish kebab (lamb skewer, garlic, and cumin), Merguez (grilled beef-lamb sausage), Lebanese rice (basmati rice, vermicelli noodle, and lemon), Mohallabiah (semolina custard, almond, and pistachio), Aish el Saraya (bread, cream, rosewater, and pistachio), Halva ice cream (toasted sesame paste), Kunafa kataifi (kataifi, ricotta, lemon, and pistachio) and many more. The Dining Room is open Monday through Friday, with lunch hours 12pm – 2:30pm, for B1,300++ per person. Lunch on Saturdays is at B1,590++ per person, and B2,200++ per person on Sundays. Dinner is served from Sunday to Thursday 6pm – 10pm for B1,790++ per person. And last but not least, dinner on Friday – Saturday is at B2,290++ per person. The Dining Room at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok is located on the Lobby Level and is open daily from 6am – 10pm.
