The open kitchen at La Scala will come alive with the magnificent aroma of White Truffles from the Alba region of northern Italy, providing guests with a rare opportunity to indulge in the ultimate truffle experience for both lunch and dinner from December 1-23. The restaurant’s Italian Master Chef Michele Totaro has exquisitely prepared an à la carte menu that emphasizes the distinct flavours of white Alba truffles, for which menu highlights include:–
- MANZO PIEMONTESE – Beef Tartar Mayo, White Alba Truffles
- RISOTTO – Aquerello Rice, Goose Liver, White Alba Truffles
- VEAL – Slow Cooked Veal Loin, Caprino Cheese, Porcini Mushroom, White Alba Truffles
