The Goethe Institut continues its German film series with Broken Glass Park. Screened on August 9 and 11 at Srisalaya Cinema at the Thai Film Archive (Salaya,Putthamonton Rd Sai 5), the movie, directed by Bettina Blümner, tells the story of 17-year-old Sascha, who lives in a depressing, ugly high-rise estate somewhere on the margins of a German metropolis, but confronts the perils of the callous society around her head-on.
