Other than the savoury delicacies, the Unusual Valentine’s Afternoon Tea at The St. Regis Bangkok also assembles Champagne with raspberries and rose scones. Or it can be accompanied by three handcrafted Valentine’s cocktails curated by Hendrick’s Gin, including The Eros, Up in the Air, and The Unusual Affection. To set the mood for Valentine’s day, a pianist and violinist play soft music in the background at The St. Regis Bar overlooking the Royal Bangkok Sports Club.

5-course Poolside Dinner

From 6pm to 11pm, a 5-course set menu (B2,200 net per person) is served for dinner with the background of the hotel’s signature Infinity Pool and city view; and two options of Thai set and Western set.
The meal begins with fresh oysters and proceeds with either Grilled Salmon in Krapao Sauce or Duck Curry for Thai set or Foie Gras, Grilled Sable or Filet Mignon Steak for the Western set.
A Brunch in Pink

The all-pink Sunday brunch lasts throughout February at Spectrum Lounge & Bar with live music from 11:30am to 3pm. Featured in the hotel’s international buffet are ocean-fresh seafood, grilled beef tomahawk, lamb rack, rock lobster, tiger prawn as well as a la minute dishes.
Priced at B2,200++ per adult and B1,100++ per child, free flow rosé wines and sparkling wines are also provided.
In the evening, the rooftop serves fresh oyster or seafood tower on ice accompanied by premium bubbles.
