Head Chef Nelson Amorim has specially created a 4-course tasting menu featuring the likes of wood charcoal grilled squid and foie gras, Tagliata of 60-day, dry-aged Irish Angus beef, and chocolate ganache and red rose reduction. The promotion is priced at B2,900++ per person. Add B1,200++ per person for wine pairing, selected by Il Fumo’s resident sommelier Thanakorn Mankit. Dinner will be served on February 14th from 6pm till midnight.
