On Friday March 17th, German vodka brand Sash & Fritz celebrated its debut in Asia at a special vodka and caviar event held at the Siam Kempinski Hotel’s Niche restaurant and bar. The brand combines Russian tradition with German precision, using only carefully selected ingredients, such as German wheat and clear spring water from the Ore Mountains, and has already received several international awards, including ‘Best Wheat Vodka of the World’ in the International Spirits Challenge in London.
Meanwhile, at the event, the crafted spirits were paired with premium black caviar from Caviar House. The company is an offshoot of the Thai Sturgeon Farm, a fish farm project in Hua Hin. It was set up to prepare the Thai market for both luxury caviar and fine sturgeon meat, by importing from partner farms using similar technology, breeding types, and feeding procedures. Caviar House offers several types of black caviar, including famous types such as royal oscientra, premium sturgeon, as well as beluga and kaluga caviar.
