Did you know that you can sign up for a journey of deep personal transformation where yoga, breath work, and meditation are combined with transformative, deep self-hypnosis and exploratory sessions of trance? In other words, a wellness getaway where sleeping is the name of the game.
The experience is called the Yoga Sleep Temple, and it’s being organized by Yoga Elements Studio, and will be held at the The Pavana Chiang Mai Resort from January 30th to February 4th, 2018.
The idea is based on Greek “sleep temples”, which were temple-hospitals dedicated to Asclepius, the God of Healing (the guy whose rod and snake inspired the logos of many modern day organizations related to health and medicine). Patients there would be tended to priests who would put them in three day trances, later asking them what kind of dreams they had and, in turn, interpreting them. Oh, and by the way… snakes covered the floors at these temples!
At the upcoming Chiang Mai getaway there will be no snakes covering the floors, but guests will get five nights in a luxurious room, including healthy meals, and six days of self-development work, deep rest, dreams, and yoga. Each night, you’ll be guided with a hypnotic induction before sleeping, for subconscious dreamwork and barrier breakthrough. You’ll also benefit from the presence of two of the best teachers in yoga and hypnosis—Adrian Cox, the founder and director of Yoga Elements Studio in Bangkok, and Karsten Küstner, an internationally renowned hypnotist who teaches conversational hypnosis, self-hypnosis, and NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) the world over.
This unique healing method has been created for the purpose of speedily overcoming short and long term psychological and/or physical issues. You can learn to effectively use your natural ability to go into deep rest trances while sleeping, and make changes without interference of the conscious habituated patterns.
The price is B66,000 for single occupancy, and B53,000 for double occupancy. Attendance is limited, as organizers wish to focus on each individual thoroughly. To find out more, including how to reserve your spot, email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
