Amanpuri will host an inspired seven-course tasting menu and specially crafted cocktail pairing in partnership with the award-winning chefs and mixologist from Phuket’s Mizulim restaurant. The exclusive dinner will be held at Amanpuri’s Arva restaurant on Mar. 27 from 7pm-10pm.
Inspired by the seasonal abundance and balance of the natural ecosystem, the “Forest and River” concept highlights the importance of eating local produce and preserving food. Mizulim’s signature dishes and cocktails focus on seasonality and sustainability, while supporting local farmers, aligning with Aman’s desire to support the local community. The team at Mizulim are rising stars in Thailand’s diverse dining scene and specialise in preparing and hosting private chef’s table events. Priding themselves in combining quality ingredients that have been sourced from local farmers with their own unique and innovative cooking style, the team are able to create a tastefully fanciful and extraordinary dining experience.
The Mizulim team comprises Chef Mond, who was recently crowned winner of Iron Chef Thailand; Chef Korn, who returned to his hometown of Phuket after gaining experience overseas; and Chef Wyn, whose inventive tipples have won him numerous awards and placements in Diageo World Class competitions.
